As the Engineering Manager at Anyshift, youโll play a pivotal role in our Paris-based team while working closely with our hybrid team in San Francisco. This position is ideal for someone with a late-founder spirit who thrives in building teams, overseeing technical excellence, and driving product innovation.
What Youโll Do
- Lead the Paris-based engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Build scalable infrastructure solutions integrating Terraform, Kubernetes, and AI technologies.
- Contribute to product evolution, from prototypes to production.
- Scale our engineering practices while remaining hands-on in code and systems design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes), and system design.
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
